We always strive to bring our customers the highest quality products and services. However, in practical operations, there may be some unintentional mistakes. Therefore, we have policies to handle products that do not meet quality standards and do not satisfy our customers. 


For pre-ordered birthday cakes, if there are any changes to the delivery date or cancelation of the order, please inform us at least 2 days prior to the delivery date. 

Upon receiving the bill for your order, please check the delivery date and time, recipient's name and contact number, delivery address, cake decorations and designs carefully. If there are any discrepancies, please inform us immediately to make the necessary adjustments.

Before the cake is delivered, you will receive a picture of the finished cake. Please confirm and request any necessary modifications before delivery. Note that our customer service is available from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Any requests outside of these hours may not be processed in a timely manner. Upon receiving the cake, please inspect it carefully. If there are any issues, please inform the delivery person or contact our hotline at 0902846586 for a prompt solution.

We kindly ask that you inspect your cake carefully upon delivery to avoid any confusion or mistakes.


For pre-ordered cakes, if you need to cancel your order, please inform us at least 2 days prior to the delivery date. If you have paid via online transfer or cash, please provide us with your bank account number, payee's name, bank name, branch, phone number, and order number for a refund.
